No.8 Meadow Sweet with honey Meadow Sweet with honey is a high fibre, low energy mix ideal for horses and ponies at rest or in light to moderate work. Fully balanced with vitamins and minerals, it contains Baileys Alfalfa Blend chaff which provides a delicious digestible source of fibre, for non-heating energy, as well as quality protein for tissue development and repair. Free from whole oats, the cereals are carefully micronised for maximum digestibility, whilst soya oil provides essential fatty acids for excellent coat condition and is an additional source of slow release energy. This light and tasty mix is gently coated with natural honey thus keeping the molasses content to a minimum. A number of health giving benefits are associated with honey and these include containing an array of vitamins and minerals, some of which are anti-oxidants, as well as containing natural sugars which act as prebiotics by providing a food source for beneficial gut bacteria. A liberal dusting of spearmint, which is known to have a soothing effect on the digestive tract, also adds an irresistible aroma and flavour and makes the mix even more tempting for fussy feeders or for those receiving medicines or additives in their feed.

We offer several delivery or collection options at the Shopping Basket stage of this website.
1: Collect From Store  Click & Collect (All our products are available for collection)
Using the Click & Collect option there is obviously no delivery charge, we will endeavour to have your order ready for collection on the day you specify subject to our usual opening hours. We are only open for Click & Collect orders on Saturdays.
Please only expect In Stock items to be Immediately available for collection. Our website will show you our current stock levels of each product.
Orders must be received at least 24hours prior to the anticipated collection time to ensure the goods are ready for dispatch.

Our Click & Collect  service will provide the customer with a fast drive-in style service; your pre ordered and paid for goods will be palletized by us and taken to your vehicle upon arrival at our store.
2: Local Delivery (We offer Local delivery on orders over £100.00. A delivery contribution of £5.00 will be added to all orders regardless of amount spent. )
Orders under £100.00 will be at our discretion to accept or not.

We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 5 working days of receiving your order. (subject to stock availability)
If for any reason we cannot fulfil your delivery we will try to notify you and deliver as soon as possible thereafter.
Note: Our definition of "Delivery" under option 2 Local Delivery is that we will only carry goods a maximum of 3 metres from our delivery vehicle and stack no higher than waist height. Customers should also note that our delivery vehicle cannot leave a hard surface and should consider their storage arrangements in view of this.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition (I.e. labels intact).

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resalable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original unsoiled condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
